The number of measurements that can be taken with the CI-710s will primarily depend on the number of indices/calculations selected . If 5 or less calculations are selected prior to measurements, then the instrument can take ~500 measurements before backup to the USB drive is recommended. If 5 or more calculations are selected prior to measurements, then the instrument can take 300 measurements before backup to the USB is recommended. Measurements can be periodically backed to the USB drive up to free-up space in the instrument and improve its performance during use. Additionally, the customer can bring another USB stick in the field with the instrument, so that data storage would not present an issue.
