How to Change the Time Zone on the CI-110P

Procedure for changing the time zone on the CI110P

The Time Zone (GMT) setting can only be changed through the Windows Device Portal. Changing the GMT setting using the on screen menus will not work. The following steps describe how to change the Time Zone on the CI-110P.

  1. Connect the CI-110P to a local network and note the instruments IP address. The IP address of the instrument can be found by navigating to the Network screen ans shown in the following picture.
  2. Type the CI-110P IP address followed by :8080 into a web browser (example 192.168.1.160:8080). You will be prompted for a username and password. The username = administrator, the password = p@ssw0rd. This will open the Windows Device Portal to the network connected CI-110P.
  3. Enter the desired Time zone into the Time zone drop down field.
  4. Select Power / Restart to reset the instrument. This must be done to register the Time zone change. The CI-110P should now have the correct Time zone. This can be verified by navigating to the Advanced / System Time screen on the instrument.
