CI-710s Enable on-screen functionality of keyboard
Use a local wifi network to access the instrument's device settings screens so you can enable the on-screen keyboard for the instrument
To enable on-screen keyboard functionality with CI-710s: As shown below in the photo, type the CI-710 IP address of your instrument followed by :8080 into a web browser (example 192.168.1.249 :8080). This will open the Windows Device Portal to the connected CI-710. Your instrument will have a different IP address than the one listed above found in settings>Wifi “IP Address 1 Enter the CI-710 username and password Username = administrator Password = p@ssw0rd At the bottom of the device settings page, there is an option to select/deselect the on-screen keyboard for the instrument. You want to select this option with a check-mark. Note that the photo below shows the time zone field highlighted “2” , but you can see slightly below this where the on-screen keyboard option is selected. Then select “Shutdown” to reset the CI-710. When powered back on, the CI-710 should properly show the onscreen keyboard
