What is happening if no CI-110 legacy is recognized by the computer or there is no spectral data with the instrument connected and installed?

  1. Check the connection to see if it is loose.
  2. Check the USB port. Always use the same USB port that had the CI-710 driver installed.
  3. Check that the driver is properly installed.
  4. Try uninstalling and re-installing driver.
