CI-710s data recovery

If data is lost during CI-710s export you can use this procedure to potentially recover it:

  1. On a windows PC connected to the same WIFI network as the device From the Windows PC, press Start+R and type (or copy+paste)... "\192.168.68.162\c$\Data\Users\DefaultAccount\AppData\Local\Packages\049b3af0-64f2-4cbc-b5fa-39a180d519a8_wffjq6232gjve\LocalState"
  2. The device will prompt for a password, enter " Administrator " and " p@ssw0rd " (note those are zeros not the uppercase letter O).
  3. A folder will be displayed containing your measurements as XML files.
  4. Highlight all of these files, right-click and select "Send To" then "Compressed (zip) folder".
  5. Send us these files via email to support@cid-inc.com (likely you will need to use DropBox or OneDrive). Then we can theoretically convert the xml files to csv for you.
