CI-202 Step Length Measurement
How to adjust the step length for the CI-202 if length measurements are not accurate.
To adjust the “step length” for the device, since it is consistently incorrectly measuring the length, you can access the device’s hidden menu to change the “step length” for the device.
To access CI-202 hidden menu, the unit must have a new file created so that when turned on, you see “File01” on the screen. Then press the up arrow , then press the right arrow until you see “Setup Scanner”, then press enter .
Now press the Stop button and the Save button at the same time to enter the hidden menu, then press the right arrow until you see “Step Len” which is the number you need to increase/decrease by 1,2 so that the device correctly measures the length of the sample.
