CI-110p display red dot and compass orientation

Important! The red dot on the display just shows the instrument’s compass orientation (which is stationary in the wand portion of the instrument) and the top of the display is always North, left side is West, right side of the display is East and bottom of the display is south.

This is why as you move to point in different directions, the rod dot moves around the display circle. That is why as you move to point the instrument in different directions, the red dot moves around the display circle.
